What to include
Research account verification
Send your institution or company name, your role, the department or group, and the shipping address for the receiving lab. Verification takes about two business days and unlocks tiered pricing, net-30 terms, and reserved lot allocation.
Volume quotes
For 500+ vials or a standing supply arrangement, tell us the compound, quantity, and the cadence you need it on, and we will quote directly.
Lot and certificate questions
Include the lot number from your vial label or packing slip. Most certificate questions are answered by the COA Library, but if a figure does not look right to you we want to hear about it.
Order problems
Include your order number and, for anything damaged in transit, photographs of the outer box and the vials as received. See Shipping & Returns for the reporting window.
